I visit the salon 3 times last year I had long black hair I have them highlighted 3 times The service was great All staff are very nice experienced and welcomed I really enjoyed the service

I have been to this salon twice and both have been bad with the second visit ensuring I never go there again.my colour both times I have to say was great.they are just the slowest salon I have EVER been to.the last time I went it took five hours for a colour strip,highlights,toner and blow dry.this is ridiculous.the guy I was booked with pushed my cut and dry onto another hairdresser and she nearly pulled my hair out during the blow dry.there was also a discount of 30% for customers but I was still charged full price.i was so mad after spending so long there I just paid and left.Go elsewhere!

I've been visiting this salon for a year and a half now and can honestly say the service and staff are both amazing!! I came to the salon with awful highlights from a previous company and was petrified the same would happen again, however their colour expert fixed this in the first appointment. Every time I've been to the salon they create the exact look I describe (even though I'm not very descriptive). The staff are lovely and ensure you are comfortable and happy throughout your time with them and I wouldn't dream of going any where else! Such a refreshing company and service.

Awful! Went for a colour change from dark brown to what i assumed would be a warm red. Walked out looking like a traffic light, bright red glowing roots, dark ends. They tried to fix it but after a couple of washes, patchy glowing red hair again. Was going to book hair extensions with them (I have them already) owner promised to call me back the next day, never did. A week later, I chase, leave a message, nothing. Should any customer have to chase, even ones looking to spend £500+? Lucky escape, I will be sticking with Strawberry Hair Studios in Edgware. They are GREAT!

I have contacted the salon regarding the services you underwent.
The hair was pre lightened and toned to the target shade as requested. The client was informed of possible colour fade
Due to the hair being porous after the original colour removal.
The client was asked to call back, if the colour faded too much ,for a complementary colour replenishment bath.
On this advise the client was happy and paid the bill in full.
Also advise was given on extensions and an appointment was booked for this service.
The client did phone twice to speak to the manager but unfortunately on both occasions was on a day off.
On his return he contacted the client regarding the colour and the extensions, but without notice nor cancelation
The client did not arrive for the services, costing the salon £500.
The manager contacted the client to question the aborted appointment , the client apologised and a second appointment was made.
But horrifically the client did not make the second appointment costing the salon a further £500 in lost time.
We are pleased that this client is returning to her previous salon as she is not welcome in any of the Lexingtons branches.

Went to this hair salon as their 50% off new client offer! Terrible mistake! the colour quote they gave me was £40 then when i finished the guy charged me £80. so I asked him does that mean a colour at ur place would usually cost £160?? he couldn 't say anything. Then they charged me for the hair cut separately which costs £35! the girl chopped so much of my hair off. What a painful experience!!! never again

We regret that your first visit to the salon was not pleasing for you. We take all feedback from clients very seriously
I have spoken to the salon manager regarding your service.
I was informed that a consultation took place with different options of colour, this also had an effect on the price.
A cut and blow dry was also added to the colour service at an additional cost.
I am not to sure about the comments that the person could not answer your question regarding the costs.
Our price lists are at reception for all clients to take away or query.
We would like to invite you back to our salon to explain the pricing and also to check through your haircut
To make sure it meets qthe Lexingtons high standard.
If an error was made regarding the pricing, I will double the difference with lexingtons gift vouchers.
This service will be carried out by the salon manager who also holds the position of creative director
And of course the service will be fully complementary.
