So the website says temporarily closed/ no appointments. However the website still allows you to book an appointment and takes a deposit!!! ? Honey hand then sends you a receipt; email confirmation and a reminder. The shop does not exist anymore- replaced by some spa / nail business. I contacted honey hand by email asking why do they have some company named Resurva working on their behalf taking deposits? And why do they send email and text confirmation? No answer...and no comment from honey hand. Ladies be aware, be very aware!!!! 2 addresses on the website 274 and 86 - they don’t exist, they are not honey hand.

This was my second visit to honey hand after i had been referred by a friend. The staff were friendly and looked after me very well. The salon has a very calming, comfortable atmosphere, the staff are very professional and were quick and the standard of my hair was very high. I had a full head of weave with a little leave-out and they did it perfectly. Not only that but after it was done they took time to style it, it looked flawless and I felt great leaving the salon! It's definitely worth the price and would recommend

I would not recommend..it is too expensive for nothing really..it is not worth it
I was styled by the owner I believe, she was cold ,seems annoyed ,not much interaction, the atmosphere was heavy and to be honest I could have had the same wig or a better at Peckham.do not believe the hype . save your coins

I really think the salon has potential, but just a few suggestion for improvement.

1) Customer service could really be improved
2) Staff could try to look a little happier and talk to clients
3) Listen to your clients
4) Lower the counter so you can actually interact with your clients.
4) Answer your phones
5) Allow clients to select a preferred stylist online

just a few possible short term solutions to improve the poor service!

I understand they are busy but the lady on the phone was simply rude. After waiting for over half an hour for the line to be free, she simply told me in a bored tone they're no more appointments in the next two months as they're fully booked up. She didn't even offer to maybe squeeze me in somewhere or ask for my number incase things change. She then hung up.

Every customer you turn away is money you're losing - remember that. I'll go elsewhere for my hard earned cash.

Salon very clean and well presented. Staff friendly and professional so overall a good experience.

Went in for a short weave and although the end product was good it was in no way exceptional. It was not a personalised service as there were many people to get through. The style was done by three different people so was not a great overall finish.

I would suggest for short style that they be done by one stylist from start to finish as they can easily look wrong. The long hairstyles they did were very good.
