I have found my real salon, very professional very clean and outstanding customer services.
I m very happy and every time I use Rush in Hammersmith. I always go back because I had the best experience everytime with Kerry ,
Kerry knows how to treat my hair, to cut and she listen the clients like me ;) I will always choose Kerry to fix my hair .
She also gave me advice what oil and shampoo to use and made my life easier . My hair looks 20 times better .
It is amazing journey since i enter into the salon till i leave the place.

Really professional and so interesting to chat with. I popped in to see if she was there for a wash the day before I left the country but she was not in that day. Product residue left in hair-Looks like I've left it soaking in oil all night-Root re growth is patchy with obvious areas untouched -Very ,very unhappy with service -Will never go here again .
I went to this salon for the first time and was quite apprehensive to see a new stylist following a spate of bad haircuts. My stylist was Sandra and to be honest I was not sure she had understood what I wanted. However, she took time to cut the hair with great precision and it has been such a pleasure to be able to have my hair fall into place just as I like it. I don't have to fiddle around with it. Very pleased and will definitely be going back.
I booked with a 50% off code for new customers. I don't get my hair cut very often because I don't like sitting in the hairdressers for a long time...and unfortunately that's what I was doing - I was waiting half an hour before they washed my hair. They gave me a free treatment to make up for it but at times I felt like a nuisance (even though I wasn't complaining!). My hairdresser was really very lovely but unfortunately didn't really understand what I wanted and I've left feeling a bit self-conscious and not entirely happy about my hairdo. I will never go in this salon again. I have been there quite a few times (I give people a second chance, a third one, even) but I have never had a blow dry that deserved this name, despite specifically requesting for one (I don't know why at my first visit they just assumed I would have been happy with a "rough dry"). My hair is fine. If I can think to use a bit of serum to tame flyaways and a bit of mousse to give my hair some body and shape, why can't a professional think of it? The colour was everywhere on my face, my makeup a mess. When I complained, they laughed and gave me a loyalty
Had the worst hair cut I've ever had. Hairdresser ignored what I requested several times and unfortunately did not speak good English, requiring her to ask another to come over so I could explain what was going wrong.
I have short and am really not very fussy, but will certainly not be going back.
Came into Rush Hammersmith yesterday and was served by Dagmara, she was very friends and we discussed what I wanted. The coloured turned out better then I thought and we even had the for a blow dry!! Dagmara was brilliant and it was a lovely salon. I would recommend to everyone
I visited Rush in Hammersmith 3 times in total. Was satisfied with the cut and colour that I received on all 3 occasions. However, the organisation of appointments severely let the salon down. On two occasions I had a phone call less than a week before my appointment to cancel as the stylist was on holiday. I rearranged on both of these occasions with another stylist for a different day. The first time, my appointment was booked in incorrectly, therefore the stylish rushed through my app. The second time it was in fact not booked in at all. Leading me to make alternative arrangements.
Visited Rush today having recently moved to the area - was very apprehensive of trying a new salon out at first however, from the moment I engaged with staff I felt confident my stylist knew the changes I wanted to experience.
Absolutely overwhelmed by the finish article. Would recommend and go back time and time again.

Came into rush on Saturday and my appointment hadn't been booked in properly had asked for colour but only been booked for cut. Very disorganised, when I asked for the colour I normally have I was told they were out of stock, very unhappy poor service. In end colour was ok but could be better.
This is the second time I've been to the Rush Hammersmith Salon and both times I've been extremely pleased and happy with the experience, getting better by the visit. I was lucky enough to have Venetia look after me the first time and lucky to have Bahram today.
This is a great welcoming salon which is enjoyable to visit and has in my opinion potential to get even better.

Came into Rush Hammersmith for the first time and it was excellent.
The staff are all very welcoming and friendly. I wanted a very natural balayage style to my hair and I was booked in with Eljay.
We spoke about what I wanted to achieve with my colour and cut. She started the colour and I was very happy to sit and relax with my tea and magazines.
End result was perfect and I love the new me, I would recomend this salon to anyone as she listened to what I wanted and made me feel so unfortable.

I had my hair done at rush hammersmith and it is amazing!
Walked into the salon and I wanted a blow dry for an Xmas event. I was greeting by a lovely lady in the desk who straight away have me a big smile and took me over to my seat.
My stylist was called Bahram and he asked my what I like and what he was going to do to achieve it.
The finished result was perfect I couldn't of been happier!!
Great salon, amazing staff and a warm atmosphere....Couldn't recommended it more.
