I love this place. They have worked absolute miracles with my frizzy mop, after a couple of straightening treatments and stylish cuts it is now swish tactic, comment inducing wonder!
The atmosphere is busy but welcoming and the staff are all extremely friendly and full of advice. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Had a really lovely blowdry last week at Mad Lillies. The stylist listened to exactly what I said and it came out perfect. I was treated to complimentary cupcakes and hot drinks and although the salon was extremely busy all the staff were still very friendly and attentative.

I would like to say a massive thank you to the Mad Lillies team and I will definately be returning.

My husband who is the vainest man in the world, will not trust any other salons near his hair. My weekly blow dry, monthly colour and cut when needed is always professional, skilful, delightful and a pleasure. The staff make my week.
Love coming here!

I visited Mad Lillies the week before Christmas. After dropping my kid off at school, I decided to pop by without an appointment. I was attended to immediately and in a very welcoming manner. My stylist, Charles was amazing. I left feeling very content and confident about the way my hair looked and felt. I would definitely go back and encourage others to give them a try as well!

Having previously visited Mad Lillies, where I'd had a fantastic cut.
I decided to pay another visit.
Once again I wasn’t disappointed.

The cut was fabulous.
There was the usual great atmosphere, and the fantastic head massage

Highly recommend.
I’ll definitely be back.

I am extremely upset & disappointed with my cut; it is simply horrendous. Despite indicating the desired length, it was 3 inches shorter than I wanted. The layers I asked for were also awful. The top layer is fine but the bottom layer is 5 inches longer than the top making my hair mullet like. Awful

Got recommended to go to mad lillies and always been more than happy with my haircuts which is why i go back month after month (to see nick) priced very reasonably for the quality of cut and the service you go there. I would strongly recommend nick as a hair dresser and mad lilles as a salon.

Just been to Mad Lillie's - service was top notch from start to finish! The salon is busy, warm and friendly - they even made me my favorite latte, so I felt right at home. A lovely girl washed my hair and gave me an amazing head massage - almost fell asleep in the chair! Love my haircut too.

After trawling through web sites for reviews on salons nearby I decided to try out Mad Lillies for the first time having read good reviews about their service. However I came away feeling disappointed with the cut and finish and would probably say it has been the worse cut I've ever had ( even paying £5 at Saks Academy was better than what I came away with with Mad Lillies!) I'm not a regular salon visitor so for me it was important I had excellent service and what I pay for warrants a decent cut, but it was not the case.
On arrival I was 5 mins early and when I checked in the receptionist was playing on her mobile. She was pleasant enough and greeted me and took my name and asked me to take a seat. She didn't offer to take my coat - it was only later on one of the juniors asked as she was taking another clients coat at the time. I wasn't offered any magazine or a drink even after waiting almost 20 mins before I was eventually greeted by my stylist who apologised for the delay. It was all looking very positive and relaxing and after having explained what I wanted I was taken downstairs to get my hair washed (which by the way was probably the highlight of the experience). When he started to cut through I wasn't feeling confident as he was a little shaky but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. The worse was to come when he finished the cut quickly and spent the rest of his time blow drying my hair in a way I couldn't quite describe it. I questioned it in the end as I was beginning to get a little concerned as to whether he knew what he was doing because he kept tangling my hair just to blown dry it and kept spraying it with hairspray. To make matters worse he seemed shocked I was questioning what he was doing - only did so as was getting so hot from the extreme heat due to him taking so long! Terrible experience- shame really as it could have been a great place. Now I just have to put up with bad hair for a while till it grows out. Sadly won't be coming back

For the best blow dry without having to go in to the West End go to Mad Lillies. Fantastic shampoo (head massage to die for) and Irina did such an amazing job with the blow dry that it looked good for days. My friend had a cut and colour at the same time with Domingo and looked fantastic! Lovely atmosphere, lovely experience - I can't recommend Mad Lillies enough.

I recently had my hair cut and coloured with Rocky. She was lovely, very professional and took plenty of time to work through what was best for my hair with me. I also got lots of tips along the way to help me manage my hair easier, and how to blow dry to avoid using my GHDs so much etc.

I was very happy with the cut, but the colour is disappointing. Even within a couple of days the shine had gone and it didn't look freshly coloured at all. Three weeks later it's so drab and faded it needs doing again.

I would go back to Mad Lillies for a cut and finish, but I'm not prepared to pay £200 for a colour that lasts a few weeks.
Response from Karen Howell Owner/Director
Hi Tanasha.
Firstly I would like to thank you very much for taking the time to review us on All In London. I am so pleased that you loved the cut and blow dry with Rocky and the overall salon experience. We really appreciate the feedback that you gave us regarding your colour.
It is really disappointing that it faded after only three weeks. If our clients do not let us know these things then we assume wrongly that the service was successful and that the client was satisfied. If that is not the case then that is definitely not good enough. We need to rectify what may have gone wrong and also learn from that.Sometimes over exposure to the sun and chlorine can have a detrimental effect on colour and can make it fade more quickly, but it should have lasted longer than that if it was a permanent colour.I am a little confused by the price you quote in the review and so am assuming that the £200 must have included a full head of highlights and a cut and blow dry with a senior stylist and not just a colour.(An all over colour is under £60).I do not have your full name and it is therefore difficult to find out exactly what you had done,so if it is at all convenient and if you don't live too far away then maybe you could pop back in the salon sometime soon. We would love the chance to redo the colour for you free of charge of course and to discuss the problems you had with it fading so prematurely.
I would like to also take this chance to apologise to you and to once again say we take the criticism very seriously and would really appreciate the chance to make ammends. Please get in touch so that we can resolve your problem and get the shine back in your hair as soon as possible!
