Hair By Masters

I have been using this Hairdressers for over 10 years and have always been delighted with what they have done. The stylists are consistently skilled, the service friendly and welcoming. I recommended Masters to my daughter who is in her late twenties and she has been equally delighted with the service provided.

Best blow dry in the area.
I’ve had roots done here and they matched my hair colour perfectly and so so so reasonably priced. Usually (maybe should now say used to) go somewhere in hampstead (also use aveda) they charge 3x as much.

Horrible experience. They tease your hair, then the shampoo person rips your hair out. It felt like torture rather than a hair treatment. Don’t bother telling them to be gentle. Even if you just get a hair cut the shampoo is torture. Don’t go

My boyfriend had the worst haircut of his life here. Literally edges all completely different lengths. One chunk of hair on the side was about 3 inches longer than the rest! Pretty terrible - wish we took a photo

Literally the worst haircut of my life! Me and my mum ended up with awful haircuts, the hairdressers didn't understand what we wanted and hacked away unevenly.
Never going back there again.

I had the worst experience here, I was left so upset and shaken up. I took my 4 year old for a hair cut, I also had my 2 year old with me, who was tired and crying. The manager care over in front of the whole salon and screamed in my face that “he couldn’t work with the noise and to shut my baby up because she was disturbing him.” I will be warning everyone about this distressing and abusive hair salon.
