Smart Touch

I was very impressed, i took my mother and myself there for an afternoon of beauty and pampering. There was easy parking close by and the peace of sutherland avenue was relaxing. The owner was splendid and the staff were very helpful.

I've waited up to one and a half hours after my appointment while Fatima finished off with another client and got a fifteen minute haircut afterwards as a reward for my patience! Did I feel like a valued returning client? No! Can't say much for the service! You always wait a long time. Why do I go back for this bad treatment?? The haircut is basic, but good. Fatima will work with your face shape and hair texture to find a style that complements you. She suggested a style I wouldn't have chosen myself, but loved it and have stuck to it for some years.

They generally don't spend time with the finishing touches that the likes of Tony and Guy and Aveda would do and you should expect that when you pay £15 instead of £70-£100! There are a bunch of other hair dressers that come and go in the two Smart Touch salons and they vary in competence. If you do go back it's better to stick to the same hair dresser or you'll get a different style when you only went in for a trim!

Went to smart touch salon the new one in Harrow Rd, was very disappointed and would recommend that you don't go unless the manageress Fatima is actually on site. (If she is there the service is better.)
I have also been to the one in sutherland road- can't complain, it's a budget hairdressers and like all things you get what you pay for.
