So disappointed, I had booked a haircut with Victor but when I got there he ?‘had gone on holiday’.
I would have expected a phone call to let me know as I had arranged a babysitter.
Also, when I arrived no one told me either,they just went ahead and asked me what I wanted done then acted surprised when I told them I had booked Victor.
Just unreliable and unprofessional.

Very good atmosphere and pleasant staff. Unfortunately I wouldn't reccomend. Been there to fix a botched work I had done at home and left with stained hair roots completely different colour. Awful. So colouring is not their strength. On going back I was told I had to pay again. I went to another salon and paid less, and happy with results now.

I'm afraid I'm quite a fussy customer and have tried many North London hairdressers in my pursuit of a good haircut.
Well a few months I ago a friend recommended Chris of Michelangelo’s.
Well I have to say that thankfully my search is over. I give Chris top marks for being a complete professional.
He listens, advises then delivers the best haircut this side of the River at a cost that doesn’t break the bank.
Parking is easy, the salon is great and the whole experience is one that you’d expect to find in a top central London Salon.

I had been looking for a good hairdresser for ages. I am very picky and I hadn't found anyone I liked.
My sister recommended Michaelangelo and to specifically ask for Christine the manager to cut and colour my hair. I am happy I did as I found Christine!! She is absolutely brilliant! Christine, the amazing manager of this wonderful salon has left me looking and feeling fabulous. Christine is very skilled and I booked a second appointment right there and then as I don't need to look anywhere else from now on! Want to feel like a million dollers? Ask for Christine!!!

I don't normally write reviews but on this occasion I feel as I must. Christine the manager is sensational from the moment I enter this salon. She is welcoming, professional and always listens to what you the customer wants as opposed to some other hair dressers who think they know it all. The salon itself gives any top west end one a run for their money but I know for a fact where I will be returning to from now on and that is to Michaelangelo thanks to Christine the manager's outstanding efforts - this woman is truly incredible and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Well done!

New in the area, needed somewhere to get my hair cut before a job interview! visited Michel Angelo, was greeted as soon as I walked in by Chris. The shop was stylish and had a great feel and seemed very professional. I sat in the chair and Chris gave a great consultation making sure he understood exactly what I was after. The haircut was faultless, exactly what I wanted. Great service, great staff, Good experience all round. Highly recommend!

Without a doubt, this is the best salon that I've been to. The entire team of staff, including the owner, have such a friendly. welcoming attitude and its such a relaxed atmosphere.

I've been going to this salon for many years, and have NEVER had a bad cut. Not only are their cuts stylish, but the hairdressers are professional and polite. They know their stuff! Chris the manager is excellent, making sure you're truly happy with the result before letting you leave. Thanks guys

After reading the reviews for Michelangelo, I decided to make a booking and was given a slot on the day to my pleasant surprise. However after coming to the place, a couple of hours later, I entered the place and was not looked at by either of the hairdressers working near the entrance and was left stranded wondering whether or not to sit. As soon as I sat, I was talked to! On the haircut front, it was only 20 min. long including the wash, though I only realised later that for that little amount of time, the haircut was ok and ordinary. The customer service was not at all as the reviews say and I was disappointed though the cut was ok. Very average place I am afraid to say.

After trying a number of different hair stylists, I have decided on Michaelangelo and have been going there for a few years now. I find them to be excellent in terms of customer service, professionalism and their general approach to styling hair - a good knowledge of the latest techniques and products and an ability to understand what would work for me!! Make sure you try their coffee, its awesome!!!

Great team, Chris has years of experiance and would recommend getting a cut from him. prices are reasonable but having been going to the local barbers for years who spend a lot of time on the cut, these guys do it in half the time but you get a much better cut!

what can i say? great service, the guys are very skilled and really enthusiastic, they simply understood what i wanted and delivered the goods. good value for money and beautifully decorated which enhances the experience!
