Only just seen this comment, we didn't know we were registered with this site.
Can only image this has been posted by a local competitor, strange as we seem to get on with all of those.
The complaint doesn't seem at all genuine, it just doesn't stack up. Sounds a bit strange telling someone they are bald and then cutting 7 inches off when asked for a trim. If you had seven inches of hair to spare, doesn't sound like you were very bald and certainly doesn't sound like trim.
If this were a genuine customer, surely you would have said "STOP" when the scissors were placed 7 inches up your locks! "I don't want that much cut off!" Also you describe a reshape, or a full cut, not a trim.
If you had a problem we would have offered a free re visit or refund, you wouldn't have had to find this site and post this comment.
Please just come and see us and let us make you happy. We've been here for over 35 years and some customers have been trusting us with their hair for as long. You don't get loyalty like that by calling people bald and cutting off all their remaining hair.
You also don't last over 35 years charging people for a trim when you have spend all that time chopping their locks to bits.
Bitter competitor, I'm sure!

This hairdressers has been here for years. I had my hair for my wedding done here as did all my bridesmaids. Sarah, the co-owner did a practice a week or so in advance, with my veil and flowers. So few hairdresser can put hair up nowadays!!! It looked great and it's so obvious that she enjoys doing it so much. The only advise I would offer, is they should get more real pictures of brides hair to look at, collect them from the wedding photos or take them themselves. If fact all hairdressers could do that instead of all those posed ones from magazines in scrap books. Thanks, you helped to make the day so perfect.
