I have been going to Morris Roots for a good few. years. The staff are friendly and professional. I have never been disappointed with the service that I have received.

I have been a longstanding customer of the Morris Roots salons and have always been impressed by the professionalism of the staff.
After years of not being to the salons as I went abroad, I can say that I still feel the same way. I went to the Archway/Highgate salon and I was impressed by the staff's vigilence about wearing of masks more so that statistics evidence that it is mostly the BAME communities that get impacted and die from Covid-19. Keep up the good work and continue to empower and enlighten your staff, Mr Morris A. Love and light??????

I would highly recommend this salon. From the atmosphere to the quality of styling this shop is amazing. I pop in every 6 weeks to get my hair done and can’t speak highly enough of the shop. The staff are warm, welcoming and highly skilled

Been going here for years now. Glad they are now open after lockdown. Fantastic, friendly, talkative staff who help you get the best for your hair. They give great advice and really work with you to get the style you want. Got beautiful locs because of this staff team. Thanks :D

I have had a great experience here at Morris Roots In Highgate. The staff are extremely friendly and treat you like your family. They offer you the best quality service whilst at the same time giving you customer satisfaction. They are really flexible and are able to accommodate all of your hair needs and style.

I had booked my vacation to travel to London. I decided I would re-twist my locs during my visit. So I looked up salons before leaving Canada and decided I would get my hair done at this location.
My experience was positive from beginning to end.
From the reception, to the experience of my hair being washed and to how neatly, and gently my hair was handled. I also appreciated the close attention that was paid, regarding the condition of one of my locs, and the effort that was made to salvage it.
I would highly recommend this salon to anyone.
I have already told them I will definitely come back when I next return to the UK.

Wouldn't go anywhere else. Iv been to all the Morris roots salons now and I recommend every one. They have friendly staff, a community feel and my locs are Always done so well. I couldn't recommend the highly enough.

Went to Morris Roots in Highgate for first time yesterday, having been recommended by someone who has their hair done there to go there.Fantastic exemplary skill of Mary and Kent for doing my twists..Best twists I've ever had !!..Great relaxed atmosphere and good laughs with all staff.. I would strongly recommend going there :-)

My regular spot for getting my locs retwisted. Been going for a couple years now and i've been pleased with the job they've done with my hair. Atmosphere is pleasant and the staff are friendly. They do tend to know their stuff and are helpful when giving advice on your hair and maintaining it.
Overall it's a good and welcoming place to go to and it's somewhere i would recommend others to try out.

I stopped going here a while ago but recently tried them again and was very pleased with the end result of my locs. Thank you to Kent who was friendly & accommodating.
From previous experience, the initial reception/atmosphere on arrival can seem a little frosty, at times. There is a new receptionist who was very professional and helpful on the phone which gave me an improved impression.
I think a more individual approach to clients and letting them know what is happening at each stage eg products being used etc would improve the service further.

I've been going to Morris roots for nearly 8 years and have always love the service.
When I decided to loc my hair they advised me on what to do and told me the pros and cons.
I always get great comments about my hair. I recommend them :-)

Excellent service from the main man Kent. The staff are friendly and make you feel very much a part of the dreadloc family.
I can't big them up enough and Sonia and Kent will always give you something to laugh about. You are in for a treat with Kent's singing!

Very cold and unwelcoming people.. They don't explain what they are doing to your hair & they are scissor happy! They just took scissors to my hair without asking and when i researched online scissor pruning actually thins your hair in the long run! Rude and unprofessional. Never again! beware people there are better loc salons in London.. Morris Roots is very overrated.

I feel the Morris Roots Salon to be a friendly, warm and welcoming place to go when I want my hair done. The staff are courteous, respectful and friendly. I am seen to straight away, and I am made to feel special. The staff at Morris Roots do their best to meet the needs of their clients. I can see that every client matters. Keep up the good work

All Staff friendly and professional. Salon is clean and tea,coffee offered. My hair always looks refresh when finish and the best thing of all is that clients are dealt with in order of appointment, as far as possible, no favourtism offered to certain clients.
