I wasn't happy with the colour my hair had developed since leaving the salon so I informed James the owner. I went back in to have it fixed and they treated me like royalty and I did not feel awkward having come back. They totally sorted out the colour and were all so lovely and kind. I would recommend this salon highly as they really value customers and genuinely care about hair.

I went for a haircut last week and it was my first time at this Salon. I was amazed at how friendly all the staff were and it was a really pleasent place to spend an hour. I was given a glass of wine and an ipad while I had my haircut and a lovely young lady gave me a free hand massage. I was also tapping my foot to daft punk... will definitely be going there back and it will be my permanent choice.

I have been meaning to do this for ages, but never find the time! I have been going to this salon for 4 years. James is simply wonderful. Fun to chat to, great skills, and flexible for appointments. I always leave the salon looking great and smiling.
Having read some of the post, and knowing James is very honest if he thought hair needed cutting , they probably needed to ...
I am very satisfied with the salon and have no plans to change !

When a was looking for a nice salon i was reading a bit about this place.I came early and i had a lady Kasia taking care of my hair. She looked stunning and she was like a star.Very knoledgeable lady. She gave me best cut ever!!I riceived compliments right after leaving the salon.Love my hair&Kasia

"This salon does not keep their agreements. A price was agreed between myself and Courtyard for a colour, wash and blowdry.
This was noted in their book. When I went to pay, an extra £20.50 was added to my bill. They would only come down by £10 on the proviso I came back the following week. I will not be visiting them again."

I went Courtyard last week to get my cut and blow. Lovely Polish girl Kashia did give me perfect haircut and wonderful blowdry. She was absolutely brilliant and my hair looked stunning. have already booked next appointment.Would definitely recommend this place.

Courtyard is a good professional salon in the heart of Twickenham. They use the gorgeous Aveda products which are so good for your hair, and every time I leave this salon I feel and look great.
I have not had my hair cut there, so I cannot review those skills, but James is a caring and good hairdresser and I would trust him to cut my hair.
I hope the salon is open this Tuesday, as I am coming up to Twickenham before going on holiday!

Best salon in Twickenham!!
This was the first time at this salon and I can say it was the best haircut I’ve had in a long time. The salon had a great vibe, James the stylist was exceptionally helpful and professional, in fact, from every level, and the staff was superb. I loved the head and hand massage I was given, I left feeling fantastic and I love my hair. I'm definitely going back.

I've been having my hair cut here for over a year, and I'm very satisfied. Apart from an ill advised flirtation with layering (my idea) I've always come away satisfied. James is alway curteous and polite, and I love the salon, and the head massage from the assistant is very relaxing.

Not sure which Courtyard everyone else here is going to but it's not my experience. I have tried all the usual city competitors and James at the Courtyard is simply the best there is; his cutting is painstakingly careful and the customer service in the salon is excellent. If you have not been pleased, tell him - I'm sure he will sort it out.

If I'd have asked for a short hair cut I would be very happy, but I didn't. I stated clearly that I was growing my hair and he cut around 3 inches of the top. Why don't they ever listen. AVOID

I though I'd try this place out. Looks quite stylish, so I asked the man for a trim at the back and sides as I'm growing my hair. My hair had grown to ear length and after this hair dressing butcher finished it doesn't even reach to my eye brows. Its been a week since this ridiculous hair cut and I'm still annoyed - hence this review. Still trying to understand why a trim means please cut off all my hair. I will now have to grow my hair for another 6 months. What a waste of time and £44. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the classic hair dressers salon experience we've all been through. I have been growing my hair for 6 months and after asking for a trim at the back and sides I walked away looking like the 5th member of the Beatles. I now have the pleasure of being £44 down and the longest part of my hair is the sides. He even showed me a picture for reference and still just cut away and did what he wanted to go. Gutted, but on the plus side I might get into a Beatles tribute band.
