Unfortunately the receptionist needs to be replaced. she is very unwelcoming on the phone. And sounds deeply unhappy. Also what kind of place says they have to look at your hair first before they give you a price. Does not make sense.

This is a beautiful looking salon, however I went to get my a relax,colour treatment and a restyle here a few weeks back and was not at all impressed. I find them over priced for what you get. The owners who I think are husband and wife are rather overpowering and can come across as quite demeaning.
I paid £250 in total and can honestly say I Felt like I was being scammed!I will be sticking to a more reasonably priced hairdressers who achieve better results anyway!
the 2 stars I have given is purely for the layout of the salon. the service for me was a big fat 0/10..
