For unknown reasons decided to put relaxer in my hair. CLUMPS- 3/4 of my hair fell out. They never apologised instead told me I looked "funny" and still tried to make me pay for it with a lame excuse of "I still deranged your hair" . Then further degraded me by screaming at me and telling me I'm "lying" that my hair was thick before they made me bald. DO NOT BOTHER!!!

i really like kings and queens hair salon. They attended to me very quickly and the product of my hair was brilliant. they really gave a good look for me. i am very happy i came to this hair salon
