Had original appointment and was not too happy with the colour and cut however, I called the salon to let them know and they booked me straight away. Ava did a fantastic job on correcting my root colour and Reece did a fantastic cut !! They were so accommodating and did a really good job with no extra charge 👏 I love the hair , thanks guys you did such a good job and I will be back very soon. X

Very unhappy with the service - booked a fifteen minute consultation, was only talked to for about two minutes. Wanted a low effort haircut, left looking like a poodle, and immediately had to go home and wash the ridiculous styling out. Not worth the money

I have seen so many bad reviews and can't seem to understand why, I was brought off the street by a half price voucher, I had my hair cut and blow dried with Kou, she was absolutely fantastic. I had complimentary drinks and a lovely head massage. She listened to everything I wanted and I was really happy Ive been back a few times now. lovely staff and very friendly atmosphere. I would 100% recommend this salon! X

I was charged nearly £60 (Junior stylist) for my hair not to be cut and blow-dried worse than what I could do myself. I actually went home and had to re-straighten it, doing this I found the cut was awful and had to get the scissors out. No wonder she didn't show me the back of my hair at the end as it turns out asking for just below shoulder length and layered actually translates to barely cut any off so it falls at the middle of my back and put no layers in whatsoever.
Younger members of staff are rude and are poor at hiding disdain for customers they are meant to be serving.

Went into salon after being given a half price voucher in the street. Was shocked when the voucher was for a very senior stylist! (shocked in a good way!) lovely cut and have since been back for colour. Perfect for me as my stylist from other salon in same area has left . Don't normally write reviews but when I saw these nonsense 1s had to speak my experience . Louisa campbell

Hiked up prices - they make them up! The words 50% discount mean nothing to them - they will find a way to charge you £100 or thereabouts no matter what "offer" is on.

Awful colouring and not great cutting. They cut a certain way and will not deviate from that whatever you ask - I also asked for my hair to be blow dried straight once and they did it wavy and backcombed!

When I asked for a particular colour but for it not to be too expensive I was told I could not choose the highlights colour as they "could only do it a certain way because of your budget". Disgusting! Since when do you pay £100 but are not allowed input into the colour they are dying you hair???

Another time I asked to go a little lighter and they bleached ALL my hair and it was ruined for months - I only wanted a few more highlights.

I have given up with this salon as I never got what I wanted yet paid a fortune every time.
