Had my first visit and this has to be the best salon ever!! I have never had such an amazing experience in a salon before (and I have been to many!) The service was great and my colourist Esin listened to exactly what I wanted she is incredibly skilled.My hair has transformed! I highly recommend One New Change stylist Esin Who turned my hair from a dull and broken mess to a glossy lovely blonde ..Lovely refreshments... Felt very relaxed and everyone was so friendly, not like a normal trip to the hairdressers! Left with the best blonde highlights!I have already booked for my next appointment ...Rush hair One new change you have a new regular

Best London hair salon I've been to after searching high and low for a year. Brilliant hair stylist who reads my face well and also listens properly to what I have to say. And a really friendly atmosphere. I've yet to leave the salon without a smile on my face..

Great service, friendly and highly skilled stylists. Jeffrey is amazing but had a few encounters with others who also seem good. Only three small negatives: the cups and plates they bring refreshments out in are dirty and some of the junior staff (one girl in particular) was speaking obviously about me to the other juniors and this I found very rude and inconsistent with the high standards I've come to expect. Some places give a nice bit of a head massage with a wash but they don't seem to have the time for that here.

I just went in to have a cut and blow dry, being a hairdresser previously myself I explained exactly what I wanted and pointed out that my hair had not been cut the best before so wanted her to leave that part longer to help it grow out. Wanting just an inch off she told me that I would need more, I told her again just an inch and she said she knew what she was doing.

She cut more than and inch off and completely ignored my comment regarding the part that needed to be left longer. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and thought it may grow into shape - 6 weeks on my hair looks terrible!

Great experiences at Rush One New Change for blow dry/cut/colour. Omorfi is especially fantastic and one of the few hairdressers with the patience not to insist on styling my (v thick) hair with straighteners. Highly recommended!!

Had a fantastic day. Met and welcomed by reception staff. Met my stylist Sarah who coloured and styled my hair. Made to feel very welcome. Fantastic colour and cut. Very very happy. Thanks Sarah...will be back

Very nice salon...have been coming here even since it opened and the service has always been impeccable....friendly and very skilful staff....would strongly recommend to anyone looking for hassle free and professional service

I don't normally write reviews but had such a good experience at Rush One New Change I thought I should share it! Managed to get a last minute appointment at 6pm on a Friday night after Rush Moorgate had let me down. Met by lovely reception staff and seated with a pot of before my stylist, Frankie, came over. We discussed what I wanted and he immediately put me at ease - I was nervous following a couple of bad hairdressing experiences! Then followed a fantastic hair wash, cut, blow dry and all round relaxing experience. Cost a very reasonable £57. Please go and book Frankie! He's wonderful!

I have been a client of Rush One New Change for over a year now. I have never had a bad experience with any stylist or member of the team. I always feel welcome & comfortable every time I attend an appointment.
I can highly recommend this salon for any aspect hair styling or colouring!
