This salon is probably the worst in Marylebone for colour. It is understaffed and the two hairdressers who work there are very unkind and unhelpful. Visiting this place was a horrible experience for me and for my hair. I would not advice anyone to have their colour done there. The only nice person in this salon is a woman named Happy who does nails, she is very professional. It is a pity she has to work within that environment.

I have been using Happy Nails at Perfectress for more than 8 years and have always been extremely satisfied with their service and product.

Happy is an experienced specialist in both manicure and pedicure and she is dedicated to look after her customers. My regular beauty rituals at Happy Nails always includes a Shellac manicure (the quality of shellac is amazing) and relaxing pedicure with her special pressure point massage.

Whenever I am in the professional and caring hands of Happy I am happy, well looked after and fully revived every time.

I went here on the off chance, did not no what to expect as I never randomly walk into anywhere for a hair cut. Adam washed cut and blow-dry. The cut was a bob and looked amazing the blow dry was incredible. i came out feeling like I was on a shampoo ad. Great place highly recommended. Price about right for Marble Arch.
