Been many times to TnG cov.garden, my hairdresser is awesome. However, disappointed with customer service from support staff. Outside the hairdressers, there are many rotating people and I don't think they get training. Once I waited for 30min because my hairdresser was not informed that I was here. Another time, I showed up for a fringe trim, was told to be back in 60min. Waited another 20min then figured my hairdresser was not informed of me waiting and could not receive me. After total 90min, I said bye. This is when a reception lady offered I get sbdy else to trim my fringe. Kinda late!

First of all i would like to say that, before i visited the T&G Salon, in Covent Garden, i had previously had a hair cut at another T&G Salon, and really hated the haircut and was overly disappointed. I was referred to the Covent Garden branch, not expecting much, but was proved wrong by the staff there. They completely changed my view of T&G, especially the stylist who cut my hair. Claire was not only friendly, but she managed to completely change a haircut that i was embarrassed about, into something that i am proud to have even as i write this message. I do think people underestimate what a difference a single haircut can make, and straight away i feel like a new woman. She recommended me going a little shorter and to have a fringe, something i was nervous about, but it turned out amazing. As you can probably tell, i am over the moon with my redo from Claire H and Toni and Guy Covent Garden, and i would recommend the salon, and the stylist to everybody. Thank you sooo much Claire.

I started goinG to Toni and Guy covent garden after reading the wonderful reviews here. My stylist here is Sabrina who is wonderful! She always gives me a perfect cut and spends extra long on styling my hair. She even gives great styling tips and hair advice. I would recommend her to anyone! - best for curly hair types though...

Had a manicure and my eyebrows done by Aarti on friday. Enjoyed the experiance as she was very friendly and inviting, as were all of the staff at this Tony and Guy. I am looking forward to my next appointment with her. Shes the only beautition that has made me feel so comfortable while i got my eyebrows done and also i felt next to nothing while they were being done. Thank you very much. Will definatly recommend.

Been going here for a few years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Indira has always cut my hair but I think you will find that they are all good (but Indira is the best in my book). Its not cheap but you get what you pay for and as I said before I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have used Toni and Guy for near 20 years in various salons across the country. However, my favourite hairstylist is Marius, based in Henrietta Street, London. He is the best cutter in the world, according to me that is. He is the only hairstylist that I have known that listens intensely to one requirements, gives an honest opinion based on face shape etc and then delivers. Delivery to me means that I can re-create the style when I get home without expensive products and a lot of time. Well done.

I have been going to Toni and Guy in Covent Garden for a year or two and I find all staff very courteous and professional. My two favourite people are Stewart who is a fantastic colourist, full of joy and a tonic of the day and Fabrice who is a great stylist, he cuts hair and styles it like an artist. It is always a pleasure having my hair coloured and cut by two fabulous people, most importantly two people who are the best in their profession.

This is a flagship salon for Toni and Guy and has been well managed for a number of years by Francesco and then Manuel, both of whom have now left this location. You can get great mens' cuts at this salon, but you need to know your stylist. Francesco and Manuel were both first class but some of the others are mediocre. The guy with the afro hairstyle whose name escapes me is also a very good cutter.
