I would not recommend this salon to anyone at all!! I am terribly angry about the customer service on one particular stylist who I have been going to for a long time and generously tipped her every time. The receptionist made a mistake on my booking time on this occasion and I was then told by the stylist that I always canceled my appointments. She would not listen to my explanation and told me to go somewhere else and she cannot have me as a client anymore. Disgusting client services and far to driven by sales commission per booking!!

i went to the one on Marylebone Lane, and i was very disappointed!
Their service wasn't good enough for a "japanese" salon, but it was not the point.
The point is that my hair looks rediculous now.
I think the woman who cut my hair didn't have no skills.
I really wish i never went there. so regret now!

Absolutely fantastic. I am Chinese and I've been to a couple of salons to ask for a wavy perm and they've always said that my hair is too straight and that the only thing they can do is to create medium sized curls so that within 4-5 weeks it will fall into waves. However when I went to J Moriyama, the hairdresser said that he could do it and he did! My hair was immediately wavy and I didn't lose much length. The process took 2.5 hours and my hairdresser was professional and attentive.
