User Reviews
Amazing cut and colour as usual by Amanda. She is always so friendly and understands exactly what I want from my haircut. Everyone always says how good my colour is.
I've been coming to this salon for around 15 years to get hair cut and colour, and its always been a great experience . Current team of Frol and Kelly are great - stylish, and professional - can honestly say have never come out feeling disappointed.
I've been coming to T&G Ealing for over 10 years which I think speaks volumes! All tbe T&G team have only ever been friendly & professional. My team of Kelly (always perfect colour) & Frol (excellent cut & style) always make me feel glam after they've worked their magic! Thanks guys!
Having not been to this salon for a while I am pleased to say that I had a great experience and Maxine as always did a fantastic job on my hair and I left feeling like I had a brand new haircut which is exactly what I wanted. Would highly recommend both the salon and Maxine for anyone looking for a new hairdresser.
I have used toni and guy ealing for nearly three years now and have always had a positive experience with Tamsin. She is lovely and always gets my cut spot on. Unfortunately for me she was away today and so i was allocated a style director (supposedly one step up from Tamsin). This lady had no chat or charisma but the worst part was I felt like i had been squeezed in between two appointments. She spent about ten minutes on me then let a junior do my blow dry (poorly and she took about twenty minutes!) and came back to finish off once she'd finished with her other client. What a waste of £55!

I had to write a review. While you always look forward to go to the hairdresser, I am now traumatised by my experience in T&G Ealing.
Be careful when you asked highlights and the price for it. For them highlights means bleaching your hair. If you don't pay an extra for what they call (only them in the industry) a toner, they are not scared to throw you out of their shop with yellow hair!!
The manager is the worst. His attitude was very rude and even insulting. He does not try to listen to you and leaves you no choice than paying extra to avoid leaving the shop with yellow hair.
The worst haircut I have ever received. The stylist was really rude, didn't listen to my request, spent about 8 minutes cutting my hair (no i'm not exaggerating), and told me i was wrong when i pointed out that i couldn't see the layer which she had apparently put in my hair. The fact is that she hadn't done anything with my hair, and i left £50 poorer yet with the same hair that i'd arrived with. I'm convinced that these people aren't actually hair stylists.
I have never used toni & guy before but was desperate for a new look i liked the look of the salon so booked a appointment.the receptionist was very helpfull felt welcomed and at ease, got a brilliant cut and colour well worth the price and completly changed my look, they listened and they dilivered now i reccomened ealing t&g to all my freinds , and would not dream of going any where else no other brand is like them

I really enjoyed the experience of getting a hair cut here, the cut was great, the staff were lovely and friendly and I got offered loads of drinks. Also I was the last appointment of the day and my hairdresser was clearly tired but she was still really happy to blow dry my hair curly which took ages! She didn't rush and was still really nice. It's a fantastic place and well worth the price.
very bad place to go.....felt really unconfortable and the guy was just full of himself without listening what i was trying to ask him .......
I use this hairdressers all the time and have been for 4 years now. I find the staff friendly helpful and professional. I am always pleased with the cut and colour they give me and with their general advice.
I have been to 'Toni & Guy' ealing many times and must say that this is one of the best hairdressers im the country. The stylists in toni & guy are experts in hair and know what cut will suit your face shape best. They use products from the label m range wich are delicate but work exceptionally well with each different hair type. Along with cut, colour is also a very important thing to me. Toni & Guy use delicate but at the same time bold, natural looking colours so that that ur colour looks fresh and natural but at the same time alive rather then wishy washy or vibrant and trashy. The technicians know and are able to explain what colour works best for you. Price isnt a problem because you are getting the full service and the end results are satisfactory and look amazing. Definately worth paying a couple more pounds for something that you know will look good then to pay for a cheap tacky haircut that does nothing for your face and ends up looking a thousand times worse. With Toni & Guy it comes out perfect all the time. I can gaurantee.
Very expensive and not worth it. Stylist simply ignored my preferences and I hated the haircut.
