I visited the salon on Thursday, showing few pictures of the styles/colours I liked. I really enjoyed the experience and the fact that it took 6 hours! to do my hair did not even bother me. However, the following day I realised that the hair was very...white. It definitely was not the ash tone which I was hoping for. Additionally, I realised that I had stripes around my head but again, I liked the experience and the hairdresser I went to see was so nice that I felt uncomfortable complaining. Well, it was a completely different story when I went back today. I asked for the stripes to be fixed and for couple darker highlights to be added as I felt that there were just blocks of colour. The Manager has asked me to show her the picture which I came with and concluded that my hair looked exactly like the picture I was showing but as the hair in the picture was curly, I was unable to see the blocks of white. Well, I do not wear my hair curly so clearly that is a problem for me. I did not eve

I was able get a walk in appointment on a Sunday morning for £28. I had a delightful stylist called R******* who was very good and obviously loved her job. She gave me useful advice and exactly the type of cut I wanted. The blow dry was excellent and my hair was lovely and bouncy for a couple of days afterwards. The salon was bright, fresh and clean and had a very posh loo. Both my friend who came along with me and I were offered tea or coffee. The whole team seemed happy and motivated. I will definitely return when next in London.Note that the salon has moved to Maddox Street.

i have been to headmasters victoria, the designer venitia was amazing with my colour, cut and blowdry, my blowdry lasted 3 days,i went back hoping to get the same stylist.i was not informed that she changed her day off. i got the manager to do my hair,as i wanted it done for my birthday, very dissapointed, the colour is not the same the hair cut is too short,he took twice as long, and charged more, i wont go back to any headmasters either your very happy, or very dissapointed with the results.

Had my hair blow dried there 3 times by different stylists over the past year. Sorry to say this but they just don't know how to work with fine long hair. My blow dry didn't last 1 hour! The hair went flat and lost shape almost immediately after i left the salon. I was disappointed every time. One of the blow outs was part of '90 pounds Monday' offer, which was a disappointment too. Very low-quality highlights. I had to get a correction in another place. A complete waste of time and money. They need to train their stylists before they charge money for their work.

Went there for the £90 *me day Monday* instead of my usual super expensive cut and colourist at another London salon. Highlights were very weak and cut is slightly wonky?! Lovely guy did the work but although the results weren't absolutely disastrous, they weren't great. It got me out a of a fix and sort of sorted my roots but I wouldn't go back.
