Worst hair cut of my life.
Prices from £49 for a cut a blow dry -mine cost £72 even though I have short hair and only had a trim.
I was not informed of any extra costs. If I had booked a senior stylist I was not informed. I would have turned it down as I was only wanting a trim. I had approx 5mm of hair trimmed and felt dissatisfied, so I asked for a fringe ( to make it look like is actually had a hair cut), I was not asked how I would like my hair styled and was left feeling very unhappy with the results.
