i would very much like to complain to specsavers personally but they do not have a function to allow me to do this - i ordered prescription sunglasses to be posted to portugal and was told it would take a month - after six weeks i telephoned to discover they were 'in a drawer' when i queried that surely someone would follow up whose glasses these were i was told that the drawers were checked every two months!
i was told my glasses would be posted straight away - no question of complaint or compensation or even an email of apology - buisinesses like this deserve to fail as they really haven't a clue when it comes to customer services
