Poor availability and communication. Nearest appointment for NHS injury service was 1-2 weeks ahead and not recommended for emergency

Have to say a wonderful Opticians. It looks gorgeous inside, the staff were lovely and the optician very professional. Made me feel like a star! I shan't be going anywhere else from now on. And to the people moaning about the costs, thats what happens when you buy a designer frame. I got some gorgeous frames for £50. People just love to crib and moan! I highly recommend them!

Staff are nice and eye test was OK, but I would agree with the previous review of Opticalise's costs. An eye test is an eye test at the end of the day, and there are cheaper places to have this done. I got a voucher from Wowcher to redeem against the cost of lenses and I spent £155 on my frames alone and found the exact model online for £55.

Many thanks for your feedback. Your total spend would have included your eye examination, designer frames and lenses. Part of our service, as with any opticians, includes fitting on purchase and on collection together with taking various different measurements to ensure that your spectacles are made up correctly for you. The on-line price of the frame does not include any of these services and also does not include your prescription lenses.
We have also always stated that we will price match the exact model of the frame and the brand of lenses, if you find it cheaper within 30 days, at any other high street practice.

Optician was very friendly and professional but experience was let down by sales staff who were quite pushy and only seemed interested in selling the most expensive frames. Good for an eye test but I personally would not buy frames here as I found them quite expensive and the range was limited.

Thanks for your comments. This is a little bit concerning as we have frames that start from £45 including your standard single vision lenses. Our staff always try and show you the whole range without trying to take up too much of your time. We have over a 1000 frames in store. Together with this, we also do a package of eye examination, standard frames and standard single vision lenses for a total of £45 only.
I'm sorry to hear that your experience was not satisfactory, especially as we have built our reputation on providing a very high standard of care to all our customers.
