The parking is not great but if you speak to the store they have sometimes accommodated me in their personal parking spaces.

lovely professional opticians. I have been to so many high street chains and tried brent cross..they just rush you. I had a thorough eyetest and the dispensing optican was great..gave me great advice about makeup wear with contact lenses!
I will be bringing the rest of my family here and would recommend this place to all.

Such a great place to have your eyes looked after!
Benn going to Optique for over 12 years now-cannot fault the service or the choice of ecclectic frames.
The eye test is thorough and not rushed and the after service is great. Friendly professional people and a gem of a place in Belsize park

wonderful staff i would recommend this establishment to anyone.
My spectacles have been refurbished and new lens fitted which are by far the best lenses i have had.
The prices were explained clearly i was not rushed and given all due care.

excellent attention to detail and good service. I didnt feel rushed at all and i am confident with the eyetester and the way they handled my complex prescription. I have very high astigmatism and they explained the full range of products which can help. i even have contact lenses for going out which i didnt know existed.
It is much better than going to a chain or a cheap highstreet multi national chain...my eyes are important so i want the best.

They are very convincing to make you buy expensive sunglasses but not very honest. I do not recommend this place.
Lovely product, a bit pricey, probably due to the area.
Asistance at times lack transparency and appear to be only interested in selling their product at any cost!! They are very skillful at convincing their customers to part with there hard earned cash. This is no reflection on the other branches of optique 20)20.

who knew this place did watch repairs aswell! I went in for an eyetest as i was over due. The technician there sorted out my glasses, repaired my watch and got me to try out these contact lenses which do the same thing as my bifocals.
Now i can play golf and read the score card in contact lenses-without wearing glasses-great in the rain!!

Had a lost contact lens stuck in my eye-not purchased from Optique, however the Optometrist was really great-sorted me out straightaway and didnt even charge me. Will be returning for the great service and wont be buying cheap contact lenses in the future!

Talk about random frames..i came in looking for Raybans and left with something handmade from Berlin-very hi-tech and space age looking..but got so many compliments.
This is why boutique opticians are cool-you wont find cheap/ mass produced stuff. Everybody compliments me on my frames.
The eyetest was longer than the usual 10/15 min one im used to having at specsavers-very thorough and attention to detail.
Only recommendation to improve these guys would be the music! Classical music was too relaxing almost fell asleep!

In Feb I bought a pair of handmade couture spectacles / frame by Tom Davies from this shop. I am so very pleased with the frame, lenses, and the tailor made design (tortoise). Really well worth it and I would definitely purchase from them again. Slightly more pricey, but I have had so many compliments for them and for the added sunglasses. Excellent service:-)
The optician was thorough. I was pleased with the service. I feel that the contact lens products were overpriced but perhaps that is due to the location. They had some very high end lenses (Nikon) so if you require glasses and that is what you are looking for then try them.
great place to buy glasses from! I have a very high and complex prescription, the owner is amazing at picking just the right frame for me and my budget. i got a great deal on a free second pair of designer sunglasses..
I was quoted a week to collect them-however they manageed to turn the job around in 3days-amazing.
the glasses look great and i would definately recommend them to everybody!
