20/20 Optical Store

When costing the glass and frames the sales assistant stated the cost was over £800 but with discount etc they could do the glasses for £650. I had to barter to £625... reminds me of Hong Kong's Nathan Road. I can get the exact glass and frames for £400...need I say more?

This store seems to be run by people who have no idea how to be professional. I went to them for contacts they gave me the wrong prescription?!!! When I told them that I have been wearing contacts for more than 10 years and the contacts they have given me are so out of norm I can't wear them they reduced the prescription by one full point, ..after argument and drama!!!
When I complained after a couple of months of wrong delivery they were so rude to me, I stopped going there and went to a competitor. If value your health and customer service you are better of going to a bigger outfit. They sell everything in the store by the way, it looks like a bazzar. Very adhoc and temporary, I would want somebody to take good care of my eyes and these guys have no idea. Be careful! They look like that may not even be there in a little while.
