Really recommend this place, the staff are all so friendly and give great service! Thank you!

Took them 7 weeks to supply two pairs of glasses. I had to chase them to find out that the glasses were ready. Different stories from various members of staff. All of which indicates they are disorganised. I paid £700 for their useless service. Should NOT have gone to Specsavers.

I have been a customer for 16 years, ever since the wood green store opened, my wife and kids get thier eyes checked and we are all amazed by the quality of service this particular store provides. As well as friendly staff the optometrist are very keen to answer any optical queries and assist you in any way possible. I will most defiantly use the service again.

Fantastic service! I took my elderly mother in and the staff treated her like royalty. The eye test was through and the optician was very friendly. We received great advice when choosing the glasses and are very happy with the results!

Worst service ever. The staff left me waiting for one hour when I went to pick up my glasses, and I was in there for around two and a half hours when I went for my eye test as they like to leave you waiting around a lot.
