Exorbitantly priced eye test, no prior disclosure of the £85 cost. The test itself was satisfactory. However, the salesperson aggressively pushed unnecessary varifocals, employing fear tactics by insisting my text visibility would deteriorate. Strongly advise against this establishment.

When I visited after being recommended by a friend, I found the staff extremely friendly and very helpful. When I had my eye test it was back in April 2010 there was this particularly nice lady who's hair was dyed different colours, she was always smiling and just a pleasant natured person and an older lady so nice and helpful who seemed to know everything! the young girl who helped me choose my glasses knew what best suited my face, very concise. My optician a French sounding lady, patient and talked you through the process. Very pleasant atmoshphere an overall nice experience.
