OMG, EXCELLENT customer care,very very professional optician,the first excellent things is THEY listen to customer very patiently and answer all and each question they have and they respect the customer,,, I change 3 to 4 optician until I find this optician,,,I try over 25 glasses until I find the class I like and it was very interesting for the lady optician patiently try to help me even not angry why I am so hard too choose because I have had experience in other optition after first 10 classes I choose they become tired and ask me choose quickly but this seven king optition or DOWNES Eyecar patiently try to understand what I want and help me to choose what I need and the examination my eyes very nicely and very patiently if just onces you try to choose this optician go there after you can see the the lady optician who wear classes I think her name as sabina something like this how professional and patiently will help you and more than they care about money they care about customer pocket and customer EYES HEALTH this is very important that's why I love this optician and I definitely recommend them,they have sensitizer fron of the door which you can use for your hands to kill the virus,,as soon as you go in there you can clean or spray your hand long as you need and each glass I wear after they clean and again the put it back ,,even if you do not like your clases or not comfortable hopefully they will accept to change for you oh my god guys they really excellent optician believe me I really appreciate for their excellent customer care and help me a lot to choose my glasses and definitely I will take all my family to this operation ,,,thank you.NATASHA
