So far so good, optician was friendly and thorough and explained everything in detail, receptionist was also friendly and helpful on the phone

They meant to give you 24 hour notices, which i didn't get, i gave them my new number and everything but still called the old number, Woman who answered was rude and hung up on me.
They act nice to your face but when you ring them they are so horrible.
wouldn't bother with this opticians again
