Specsavers Opticians

Extremely disappointed with recent service. Had to go there numerous times to get grasses ammended as I couldn't see. Finally picked them up , no hint of an apology. Asked to combine online if unhappy.

I went to Romford Specsavers last week with my mother who has been suffering from anxiety/panic attacks for the last few years. It's taken a while to get her to the opticians for an eye test.

I'd like to say how impressed I was with the service. My mother saw an optician called Shakti Vyas, who was so professional. He made her feel completely at ease and couldn't have done more to help.

I hope the Specsavers management read these reviews and note what high calibre staff they have!
