I use to be their costumer.
But today I had the worst experience!!
I was looking for glasses and checking prices so I can came back I buy. From the moment he knew that I am not buying straight away he toke the grasses from me and said things that offended me!
I am really upset!

No Loyalty!
A little over three months ago I purchased a pair of glasses from Eye Emporium on Cricklewood Broadway at price of £284 including an eye test, which is not cheap!! At the time of purchase I was told that I could purchase another pair of glasses for half price, and that I would have three months to take up this offer. I have being going to Eye Emporium for over 30years. I have recently moved out of the area but wanted to give my custom to the smaller retailer rather go to Specsavers, where I was advised to go as they are cheaper and have great deals. A week over the three months offer I decided that I wanted to take up their offer of buying another pair of glasses, but I was told that offer would no longer apply to me as I missed the cutoff point! I don’t like to write negative reviews, so I contacted Eye Emporium’s customer service to ask if they would honour this offer. The first time I contacted them I received a call straight back saying they would looking into it and get back to me. Three weeks later I still haven’t heard from. Don’t make the same mistake as I did, go to Specsavers!
