Having been a physiotherapist for more than three decades and having been involved with every sport as well as orthopaedic and rheumatological problems. My philosophy is not multiple treatments but on explaining to patients what their problem is and how to they can deal with it. Patients who understand what their problem is are much more likely to be motivated to do the right things and get better in the shortest time possible.
