Good massage. Have been coming there for about 6 years, the value for money is hard to beat in Central London. Nobody speaks much English, so you don't have to listen to drivel about auras and chakras, efficient. But lately had to wait twice for 10 minutes for the masseuse to come back from lunch, despite making an appointment.

This chinese medicine shop also does cheap and cheerful back massages: £8 for 10 mins, £25 for half an hour.

Definitely no frills: clean and comfortable but not plush by any standards. The staircase in particular is quite vertiginous.

The staff are friendly and efficient and do an excellent massage, whether you ask them for a relaxing one or a deep-tissue.

Not at all dodgy, despite the weird slogans they use: "Man power for man", anyone?
