Marco and the team have just undergone a renovation and it's even better than before. Even if you didn't rate this place before (I've always found it great), under his new management it's gone from strength to strength. Thoroughly recommend it. Only problem is when it gets too popular you'll definitely need to book!

Seriously, why such bad reviews?? Have been going he regularly for years and never had any problems. Staff always very friendly. Haircuts great. Inexpensive. What more do you want?

Upon my search for a barbershop in the city where I could get a lunchtime haircut, I came across this little gem.
For a relatively cheap price I got my haircut by one of the nice and friendly staff there.

Recommended.

Similar to few of the other reviews on here . Went in at lunch for hair cut had it cut by the manager I felt very rushed and the hair cut was done in about 10 minutes it was not what I asked for also the guy had a big attitude probilem and was extremely rude to his staf he had working for him I felt very uncomfortable also the guy looked clearly hung over from the night be for . I would not recommend going to this barbers

Similar to one of the previous reviewers, I have never reviewed a barber before - however, for Barber Express I had to make an exception.

I have never received such shocking customer service in my entire life. I didn't receive the haircut that I asked for. Furthermore, the hairdresser was rude and abrasive, and when she had made a clear mistake with her job, she became overly defensive and abusive, including by swearing. She also managed to cover my entire suit with hair when sweeping off the hair protector once she had finished.

Still happy to charge £17.50 for the privilege.

Go and see Marco. Quick and easy cut and done very well for a low price in relation to it's location.

Lovely Czech girls cut your hair and make you forge trouble. Great value!

I never wrote a review or a blog in my life but then I thought if I wont write than someone else will go through same experince which I have went through.
I would not recommend anyone after my experiece with this haridresser, I wanted to do dry cut and I did shampoo just before going to the shop. He was still insisting on shampoo. Please be AWARE the DRY CUT is only on the price list but they never do it. I had to get the shampoo but then instead of thorough shampoo all he did was a rinse. Normally the shampoo is done twice and conditioner after that, but it was just a rinse and no conditioning. And to my more uncomfort, he spill all the hairs in my shirt, it was not good experience.
