Absolutely deplorable service. I went in for a quick beard trim before a client meeting and was told, "We do not do African, and asked if I even speak English!" I was born in Canada and spoke much better English than the man in question. Horrified people like this exist in Central London.

I've been putting up with this place for years, mostly out of convenience, but I'm done now. My haircut is pretty basic and impossible to get wrong, so I can't complain on that front, and the price is decent. But today was the THIRD time I came about 7-8 minutes before closing time only to find the place shut and the owner inside, giving me a frowning face and shooing me away. And I'm a regular customer who's also been a generous tipper over the years. But that's it. I'm done.
