As a massage therapist myself I need a massage. Kilburn Thai Spa is a great place for me to have a massage, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. My therapIst knew exactly where to go to sort out my various aches and pains. I'm going back for round two and I can't wait!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. I have travelled the World and been to all kinds of spas from the exclusive to back streets grass roots - the location or the simple decor is not an issue - but the ABSOLUTE terrible rudeness and disdain that this company has for customers leaves me surprised that they are still in business. It was the first time I visited the spa in the hope that i could become a regular, and within 10 minutes I had to ask for a refund because the service and the attitude was so bad and i was SHOUTED at as i left the shop. Unbelievable in this day and age. Given what happened i am actually sanitizing half my comments in an attempt to be neutral. Proceed with caution.

Hello I am sorry that your experience here was not up to your standards, as I recall you asked for a refund because we did not have the oil you required, which could have been simply resolved by you calling us in advance to find out if we could cater to your allergy's as we had run out of that specific oil that day. You were very rude to us after I gave you the refund which I had no problem doing as we did not have the oil you needed, you then proceeded to slam my door loud purposefully before you left. Again we are sorry you had a bad experience with us that day but our many regulars who are polite will say the opposite of what you have claimed here, thanks regardless.

Rude staff, people eating dinner and talking loudly in the reception. My massage therapist refused to answer any questions or queries I had at the start and was chewing gum! I left after 15 minutes. Avoid.

I get massages of all kinds very often and I went here the other day and I got a very thorough and relaxing massage, one of the best to date I would say; She really soothed muscle on my body and left a very happy customer. Hope to see more customers in winter for using the sauna.

I regret going to this place. Really seedy place. I got an hour massage and the masseuse did not know what she was doing. She was all over the place and not co-ordinated with the treatment. I would recomend you pay a little more and go somewhere decent. Cleanliness is also an issue here.

Not the cleanest of places,they were all eating their dinner when i arrived on a Sunday for a massage,,i too ended up with large boner which the girl very thoughtfully began to playfully tease and fair play to her pulled me off,,,the massage wasnt too bad at all.

Very friendly venue, if you really looking for an authentic thai massage or relaxing sweedish massage, kilburn thai spa is right place for you and easy to access with bakerloo or jubilee lines...
