I’ve been going to this beauty salon for almost a year. The beautician is lovely and very accommodating. I have my eyebrows shaped once a month. The best in West London. She chats depending on ones body language. . A professional should I say! Her prices overall are very reasonable. Prices should be a bit higher for the treatments she offers. Sadly I’m not so frequent as I have now moved to the Shetland Islands.

These days reviews are so nitpicking. Once written it’s there for good.

Pleasant environment, the decor of the place is pleasing to the eye, they have calming music playing in the waxing room.
The beautian was professional but a bit cold and hostile, I suppose it isnt the nicest thing to look at peoples hairy bits all day long but it isnt the nicest thing for me to let my girly bit grow all hairy and lay there on the table for her to look at it. It would be nice if she made a chit chat, and covered me with a towel before she opened the door and left the waxing room, even though there was nobody who could see me.
On the phone she told me I would pay £9 for the bikini wax, however when paying she asked me for £10, I stood there to get my £1 change back and she only gave me 50p. I am not fussed about £1 but if you want to earn more put that in your pricelist, and if you want a tip you gotta be friendly and go that extra mile. I dont think I am being unreasonable here, but there you go.
Dont be put off too much, its a good little place to quickly get your body done at very sensible prices.
