Had a facial here for £30 which was supposed to be for an hour but only lasted 40 minutes. The towel I was given was filfthy and my appointment was 35 minutes late! The facial was supposed to include a steam and extraction and neither was done. The beautician spent time on her mobile whilst doing the facial which was bizarre. It was disruptive and not a peaceful relaxing experience. The bed and room were so small my feet crunched up when lying down. I got the impression the beautician didnt know what she was doing and kept asking me if I was OK every ten minutes! The day before I went for eyebrow threading and they cut and marked up my eye. I won't be returning or recommending.

Very disappointed with the salon. Had a bikini wax there. The beautician started using strip wax which I had no problem with. Then she started applying hot wax for no explained reason. She could not get the wax off and had to call her colleague in to help. Her colleague then went over parts already waxed. I was left burned and sore. Definitely would not return here.

I had a great experience! Had a leg wax and a pedicure. Staff were super nice and professional, and did a really thorough job. Looking forward to my next visit!!!

I used to live at Tooting when i discovered them... Now I travel all my way to Tooting from Staines (I moved 6 months ago) to get my treatments. The hot wax they use for bikini I havent found anyone else using it. And for someone like me who always used to bleed the way Asha does it, I dont even feel any pain. She is skilled in good eyebrows as well. Julie is very good for Pedicure and Manicure - She will not leave a single cuticle out there. I tried facial once as well but they need to get warmer and noise free rooms for this experience.

They may not speak perfect English but they sure do work hard & give yourmoneys worth. I'm a regular here and it's the best place for waxing & also the pedicures are great! They don't get emabarrassed either so they don't hold back when it comes to bikini wax which is needed if you want the job

I went for waxing today having read the two previous reviews.
It was terrible!
The lady spoke very limited English. The cubicle was dirty. She had no technique what so ever and after she had waxed under my arms I decided very quickly that I didn't need my bikini line waxing! The legs were terrible too and when I left the shop I felt like I had been butchered!
The positive point was that it was cheap! £15 and fast, 15 minutes tops!

Lovely friendly service. Comfortable waiting area. Music is good. It's a nice calm atmosphere. Beauticians are quiet and respectful. It is a clean environment.

I do think however that waiting times need to be realistically assessed & you shouldn't be kept waiting if an appointment is not available. And also most importantly, during body treatments especially in the cubicles, it need to be more quieter and the front door kept closed eliminating traffic noise which ruins experience.

Overall a friendly, enjoyable place to go for treatment.

I went on 18/2/10 with my daughter to Beauty & Style at Tooting Broadway, I had the Facial with Galvanic it was amazing Sana (Beutician)was very pleasant & professional, I also had threading for the first time. I felt glowing afterwards and it was so relaxing,she didn't rush me at all. I will certainly return, very happy! Only criticism is that we had booked and my daughter had to wait until I had finished (almost two hours!) before she could have her shoulder & back massage, this was totally unacceptable as there were other beauticians available and she should not have been kept waiting so long, consequently she was not happy and it rather spoilt the experience overall. I will certainly go back again but I do hope you will organise your appointments better next time as when I had finished I then had to wait a while for my daughter when it would have been nice if we were finished at the same time or close to the same time!
