what a lovely experience. i had my spa day here yesterday (a great treat from my husband). it was about 5 hours of pure relaxation. i was pampered head to toe. and waited on hand a foot. i will definitely be back soon

I have nothing bad to say, facial was amazing, advice given good and no big sell. Just what I like

has a great afternoon here with my sister. only had pedicures and manicures, but still came out feeling so relaxed and pampered. and on top of that my nails looked perfect. i have never had so much time and care over my cuticles or paint before. also loved the nice pedi sofa so i could sit and chat with my sister over a cup of tea while they were being done. lovely

i always go here every month or so. sometimes for the usual, waxing and eyebrows. and then sometimes with friends or family for the spa treatments. either way though, they get it right every time. always proffessional, high quality treatments. the manager and owner are absolutely lovely too and can never do enough to make sure all their customers are happy and welcome. many of the staff i now consider friends as they have been to kind to me on each visit. also - theyre eyebrow shapes and tints are fantastic! completely changed the way mine looked!

as a man i dont usually visit spas very often, but i took my girlfriend here for our anniversary present. i chose fairmont as it was local and all reasonably priced. i was so surprised by this place though. everything was so proffessional and to really high standards. every treatment was done with time taken and care and only the highest quality products are used. they even gave us both samples to take home with us and try out. my girlfriend now goes back all the time for treatments and ill be buying her those creams for her next present

I have been going there for some time only because the beauty therapist did know how to do a good facial treatment for me.The owner however have this really annoying habit of coming into the room in the middle of treatment and asking how long is it going to be and lying with excuses. Always trying to cut time of treatment(once by 20 min out of 1h treatment).One day I could not take this any more and things ended with an argument.It is not worth giving your money to someone who doesn't want you there.

This is the worst "spa" you can ever go to. I had a facial, Hollywood and eyebrow threading there I can honestly say all three treatments were performed very poorly, I asked questions about the treatments, poor. I sussuggest the therapists brush up on there beauty skills and knowledge. I had heard a few bad reviews from people but I thought I'll see for myself and indeed it was as bad as people said it was. When I complained to the manager she was abrupt and to my opinion rude so I will advise people to read reviews and take advice from experience do not waste your money and time at this sp
