This is a great place - great location (v close to the tube stop), the place is very well presented and the staff are lovely and friendly. I have been going there for 9 months now and am still delighted with the service I get. I had one of the best waxes I've ever had there (fast, efficient, pain free and very well done) and am now 3/4 of the way through an IPL treatment course. I really enjoy going there (which is saying a lot when you are going to get hairs waxed/zapped!) and always find the staff friendly and professional, the place clean, and I really enjoy the complimentary refreshment tray - I also appreciate the text they send the day before to remind me of my treatment. I can't recommend this place enough - I have moved out of the area and still go there, and my ex flatmates both go there now as well.

I would say that Kalma Spa is a wonderful place and offers excellent treatment. I have had many different treatments and they have all been really good. The staff are really friendly and try to do their best. I Have recommended it to a lot of my friends and they have all been really happy.

I usually never write reviews but the service was so appauling that I had to make the effort to warn other people!
The lady who runs the place is rude, unprofessional and does not understand the concept of customer services at all..
After paying over £400 in treatments I had to cancel a session and was told when I call to reschedule that I will be charged for it as there is a 24 hour cancellation policy.
I have no issues with that but I should have been told about it in my one hour introductory session and it is no where on the terms and conditions I was made to sign! When I mentioned that I was told to look up the website! Not sure why a walk in client is meant to go home and read websites for rules and conditions.
Further to this I mentioned I had to cancel due to extreme conditions as my son had taken ill and was in hospital but was told to contact the company lawyer for discussing this!
Please do not at least pay in advance for treatments at this place.
