I had a 55 minute multivitamin dermalogica facial. The before and after treatment didn’t feel much different. I also had an eye inflammation. This treatment consisted of a 15 minute steam followed by 3 minutes of black head removal, followed by another 15 minute mask, followed by another 10 minute cream applied to my face. The rest of the allocated time was spent on massaging and rubbing my face with different unknown creams. I wanted to know about the creams but it wasn’t possible. It’s a secret said the beautician. 10 minutes after I left my left eye started stinging. Two days later I went back to the salon to seek advice as my eye was still bothering me. The beautician was defensive.

I booked for 10 am Saturday morning for 2 of us to have a shellac manicure and a pedicure. I gave my name etc.,
When we arrived they clearly did not expect us. we were rushed and the manicure was ok but the pedcure was awful, I cam home and did the skin removel myself
The whole experience felt too rushed and extreemly unfriendly
So improve by making appointments when asked, speak to your customers in a nice manner and don't rush then quite so much. You didn't even say goodbye, just walked away!

I visited this establishment around lunchtime and upon entering the lady at the reception accepted to attend to me without having booked an appointment. This was a pleasant surprise. I asked to use the bathroom beforehand, which was not clean and had dirty marks all over the toilet. The waxing i had done was not well done, and when i kindly asked for a part to be looked over i was told that they did not do any tweezering, just wax. I left feeling i had been treated in a rude manner and needed to go to another place the next day to have my underarms re waxed. Unpleasant, unclean and inefficient

Freindly professional staff, happy with the waxing provided here, had some botox with Dr Hannah too, best price I've seen in London so far! worked really well and will be going back in the future!
