As I sit here plucking my chin I think about the laser treatment I paid for through Wowcher and know that the treatments for hair removal has had absolutely no impact whatsoever, I may as well have taken my money and thrown it down the toilet.

I bought a series of laser treatments via Wowcher in late 2012. Had my skin test in October. Now I've done that, I've been unable to book an appointment. They have ignored my numerous text messages (the only way to book) requesting a Saturday. Finally, a therapist responded and offered me a Friday (despite six messages in a row stating Saturdays!). In theory, if you have laser every four weeks, I should have had six appointments by now. I've had none. The therapist is now offering me a MAY appointment (6 months after skin test) and the owner is ignoring me!AVOID

Very unhappy with the results of my eye brow tatoo. Would strongly reccomend that people avoid this place. She failed to provide a service that I paid for, and when I expressed my concern my tatooist would not take any responsibility and showed no sympathy, she was very hostile and unprofessional.

ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS. THIS BUSINESS OWNER IS as far away from providing customer service as one could possibly imagine.

She is ripping people off through the groupon system. I was well and truly burned by this person who uses every excuse in the book not to give people what they have paid for, even when they have communicated with her openly from the beginning.

Do yourself a favour and do not give this woman busines. Disgusted.

the masseuse was good but I have pre-paid some extra treatments with a laser machine which it’ s not any longer available because the person who was giving it to me left the company taking the machine with her;i have been told that she was a free lancer and for this reason, eventhough i had given my money to the ZEN health and beauty using my credit card in person ,i have been told that because the person was a free lancer it is not their responsability to pay me back because they don't own the money. (which is totally untrue, ask the TRADING STANDARDS INSTITUTE). they offered me 2 mobile numbers to be called and the owner asked me to try and arrange an appointment with them(the owner should have done it instead!!!!!!)unsuccessfully i left 2 voice messages, text them but none of them have had the pleasure to call me back!!!i had arranged an appointment with the owner ,mrs Thira or Tiare..sorrry for teh spelling...,in order to get my money back as she had promised, but instead the shop was closed!!thank you Mrs Thiara Or Tiare to have called me.. now i wrote her a letter requesting my money back by the end of February and if she doesn't contact me the Trading Standards Insitute will do it for me. I am sure they are able to provide professional treatments to their customers... but they haven't behaved professionally with my situation and i am sorry for them , for just £99..it is not a lot of money but i can't see why i should be given £99 for nothing ,to someone who's not even my friend!!!!and also i am going to leave negative feedback everywhere. All the best!!

Disgusting service. I was verbally abused by a member of staff at the salon and treated in the most unprofessional and threatening way.

I booked through groupon.com and when I turned up there was a double booking of me and another girl. There was no apology made and I was aggressively asked to leave. When questioning why I was not having the massage she turned aggressive and abusive.

I strongly advise not to visit this awful clinic. As a young alone companied individual I left feeling extremely shaken and in total shock.
