We went to Zeba this weekend for a Manicure and Pedicure which was given to us for a present. The service was excellent and the treatment was fantastic! Felt totally relaxed and pampered and our nails look great! We were given magazines to read, offered tea and coffee and the whole atmosphere was relaxing! The young lady who did our treatments was patient, friendly and very good at what she does! She even let our friend sit with us and made sure she alternated the treatments so we could have them done together! We will definitely be back here! Thank you!!

I recently had a luxury manicure and pedicure here which had been given to me as a present. The experience was wonderful! They did a great job and I felt thoroughly pampered. Thank you, I will certainly be back!

I went over to Zeba Hair & beauty for a 1 hr facial and treated my sister to one as well. My sister had her's first and absolutely loved it . I thought it was great too. The room was so relaxing, 10/10 for ambience and the beautician was very good at doing the facial, would definitely go back. Ta

I went to Zeba for the 1st time for a haircut and asked for some advice on what would suit me. She just said she has no idea and she can just give a trim.
Not once did this woman show me even a little hint of a smile.
I just walked out. Would not recommend this unfriendly place to
anyone :-(

We apologise to hear that you feel that you have had a bad experience.
This is the first time we are hearing of this matter, please give us a chance to rectify the issue by speaking to our Manager first.
We take pride on our service and make sure our staff do the same.
That particular staff member is willing to apologise and has been cautioned.
After much investigation and having a look at our video footage. It seems like you may have very short hair for which certain styles may be limited. We hold a walk in policy even if we are busy so that all of our clients's needs are met. A service of a trim was offered as stated by yourself.
Our prices are very reasonable only £15 for a good cut of any style and have a lot of foot flow for that reason.

This is definitely the best salon to go to for Eyelash extensions. I am now a regular and no one can match their service and price.

My wife felt deeply insulted when the beauticians spoke behind her back in Hindi assuming she didn't know the language. They insulted her hair and grooming skills and commented on her income
