I just went for a wax yesterday. The lady was very nice and fit me in straight away. But I have to say, this was a very painful experience. Waxing normally isn't something one loves, but I've certainly had far less painful experiences. It is my understanding that its best to use hard wax for sensitive areas, like the bikini. They use a soft wax which I don't think is as effective...I already have some regrowth less than 24 hrs later. All in all, this place was OKAY, but not great. I will probably not go back...there are better options elsewhere.

I went to get my eyebrows threaded and arms waxed and would normally go elsewhere but as they were advertising an offer I decided to check it out. The person threading was great but the person on the till was rude and unprofessional and just charged me arbitrary prices as the price leaflet deceptively says "prices from" rather than a set price and obviously I got charged an arbitrary and random price. You can go somewhere of the same quality in Ealing broadway and get charged a sre price. I would not recommend this place and left quite upset.

Great value for money!! Had some waxing on my legs, arms and underarms. It all cost less than £40. I normally pay in excess of £50 for my waxing so I saved myself roughly £10

I recently went for a cut, and colour at this salon. All in all i was very happy. I was very intrigued by "threading". Lots of people were having it done so I decided to give it a go. Thank god for threading, it will save me alot of time in the future. Loved the shape (therapist was really nice and friendly). The hairdresser also did a great job!! Colour was really vibrant..
