On arrival i was greeted nicely and offered water. My beautician was very professional in the treatment that was given to myself, although a bit rough!!. I opted to have a manicure after my massage. The manicure wasn't very professional (IE they didn't have a massage chair with foot bath attached)but the end results were good. However trying to contact this salon is a nightmare!! no one ever answers or calls you back. I have booked a friend in for a treatment as they were doing an offer and regret this as the communication is very bad. As a qualified beautician im not impressed.

Having booked to go into this spa day recently I was very disappointed that they were running 50 minutes late for my appointment and then my 90 minute package lasted under 60 minutes. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
