Quan Spa

I went to Quan spa two days ago as I had a lot of pain and tensions in my back and thought a massage might help. I had an hour massage with Eve, a Thai therapist who told me she would do a combination of Thai massage and Deep tissue to relax my muscles and undo my knots. She was amazing, knew exactly what my body needed. I came out of the room feeling relaxed and my back was much better, my neck unblocked. The place is lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back and would recommend this spa to anyone who needs a good massage.

I had a laser hair removal done by the lady called May at the spa. She was very attentive, meticulous and accommodating while carrying out the procedure. She asked me if I was feeling alright constantly and offered different strengths of treatment so it is not too punful. Overall experience at the spa was great, also thanks to the lovely lady at the reception who took my appointments, changed them when necessary and was very flexible and friendly. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone and will coming back for more treatments.

I came here several times, mostly for a massage but also for waxing. I had been away for a few months and returned to find a new woman doing waxing. She was pleasant, but I felt like she treated me more like a financial transaction than a customer or client. Whilst I had strictly come in for one area of waxing, the woman doing the waxing kept finding more areas that she wanted to wax without saying that there would be an additional charge. She was horribly manipulative and cunning. She was all too eager to make as much money from me as possible, without taking into consideration my needs of what I was asking her. Both the woman doing the waxing and the receptionist seemed very financially exploitive and unprofessional. I was treated as a financial figure than a client. If this is how Quan Spa is conducting business by poor management and cheap business tactics, then I will not return again. There are better spas in Chelsea.
