I was extremely suprised to read the negative review written about the Ark, i have been going to Ark in putney for many years and have never recieved bad treatment. The staff are always happy to help in any way they can and i am always welcomed by a warm smile which is hard to find these days!
I have been to many spa's and salons and Ark Putney is the only one which keeps me coming back. I would Highly recommend it to anyone who expects high quality treatments i would also reccomend you ignore the nagative comments made.

I had the misfortune of recieving a treatment at this salon. The girls there were just so rude, they spoke to each other in another language and just completely ignored me. When I asked my therapist a question she looked upset I had interupted her.
My pedicure was just a half pie job. Cuticle work left to do, polish started to chip after a week. Ark is just overpriced and overated.
