Staff at this place clearly have better things to do than attend to customers. I booked an appointment for a gellish manicure. The therapist gave me a "shape and paint", not an actual manicure (that requires really difficult things like pushing cuticles back) because that's what they said I had booked. Really?! I came into the salon intending to spend £39 for a manicure, but they opted to earn £25 for a shape and paint. But this meant that the therapist had time to pluck her eyebrows before her next appointment. Seriously, she said this right in front of me! Unbelievable.

They sold me 10 advance treatments without any contract, simply a receipt. I used 5, saved the receipt, when I called to book the rest they said the vouchers had expired. The owner/manager shouted at me and told me he couldn't care less. Completely unprofessional. Don't trust them, don't go.

The worst experience of my life!
I had a brazillian wax and was in and out in 8mins! I have had this wax for many years and never have I been left bruised and swollen! I was also profoundly embarrassed when a gentleman wandered into the treatment room mid wax! Absolutly disgraceful.

the sun room is fine maybe for waxing or something like that but i'll never go there for nail extensionas again !i had it done some days ago and it was awful .it wasn't just painfull during procedure moreover i had my finger bleeding in the end and nails looked so fake and thick(but if u looked at the price (50£) u expect the excellence) .i got rid of it next day

The girl here does the most amazing waxing; they are so professional and quick and make you feel super comfortable. Easy going friendly chat but not the kind of over talkative person who when you’re having a wax makes you feel awkward! In general good experience for something that is not fun to do! Worth the money, will be going back!
