Absolutely disgusted waited over a week for an appointment here so got one today 9/7/19 @ 5pm also rushing as I have to go home to pack early morning flight for my holiday gets there and after having been twice before to the same person very obnoxious woman who informs that the get didn’t have as having tint with my LVL lashes before which I 100% did have, for God’s sake I am hairdresser and they did three separate patch tests am so angry it’s completely spoiled my holiday and am in tears now as at this late stage there’s no where else as I would need patch test if this business belongs to this woman she needs to sort it out if not the owner needs to step in as I find it so unprofessional

I got coupon from amazon local for 6 treatment for half legs. However when ever I went there the manager was very rude. They never spent more than 10 min with me. She also said couple of time I was a promotional customer so I wasn't profitable enough. I was also over booked as well. Don't waste your time.

This client has been very dishonest with this review. Firstly, I am the manager here and I have never met her. We found her extremely difficult on all three occasions we had treated her. She has also said each time that she only came here because her husband had brought her the stupid voucher. She was rude, abrupt and very demanding to the point where two therapist's refused to treat her. On her last appointment there was a mix up with the times and it would appear we did double book her, we had apologised and asked her to come back an hour later or a time that best suited her, she became very angry, threatening and completley unreasonable about the fact we had made a mistake. Sometimes unfortunately these things do happen and we take full responsiblity however we do not expect to be put through such aggresive behaviour with the client leaning over the counter shouting at the therapist. She knew she was in the wrong because she actually came back a few hours later to apologise for her poor behaviour but, by this time we had already decided to call the company that she had purchased the voucher from and inform them that we are not going to continue with her treatments, they told us that they would take over the situation from here. Lastly, as for saying she was not profitable to us, this is definatley not something any therapist here would say!

I work in Hammersmith and chose this so-called clinic based on its convenience. The owner was quick to use her coercive promotion techniques- bombarding me with options in a frankly aggressive manner. I decided to choose the facial treatment. The ill-mannered practioner carried out the treatment in a haphazard way, brushing off any questions that I presented. Instead of concentrating on my service, her primary aim was in demanding why I hadn't chosen the other available options. Considering the considerable money I paid, the treatment was at best rudimentary.

I visited The Beauty Clinic as it was recommended to me by a a friend. I am very picky in my choice of salons so was very pleased when a friend recommended me here. All staff at the Clinic were very welcoming and helpful, I was seen on time which to me makes a big impression. My treatment was done exactly how I asked. I now go back to the salon every couple of weeks and enjoy my time there. I would now recommend them to my friends too.

I have been using The Beauty Clinic in Hammersmith for many years and have alwayys been more than satisfied with any treatment I have had.The atmosphere in the clinic is very welcoming and makes one feel at ease.The manager is very professional and caring and her expertise is exemplary.I always leave the clinic with confidence and look forward to my next visit

I was recommended by the Virgin Active Health Club and I found my time there very relaxing with the facial I had. Furthermore, I've started some laser hair removal sessions and i'm impressed with the results. VERY PROFFESIONAL.

After noticing my friends new tan and eyelashes I felt compelled to go ahead with the same myself. Overall it was a very pleasurable trip with remarkable results and especially with the summer coming I am pleased that I now have a regular salon to go to, considering the bad experiences I've come across with other salons around the area

Recently purchased a groupon waxing voucher will be going back especailly as I work in the area. Quick, thorough, friendly and convinient. Strongly recommended.

I couldn't disagree with Tania any more so. I also purchased the groupon deal for three treatments and saw impressive results so rapidly that I decided to buy a further bulk of cavitation at the standard price rate because I was so delighted at what I had done. I never had the manager as she was always busy, however I recently had a consultation regaurding the chemical peel for my husband and I and found her to be very professional and welcoming like the other members. So, to see that does surprise me a great amount. Perhaps Tania did have an unpleasant experience there but I on the other hand am outstanded by this clinic and happy that I no longer have to deal with any others after years of trying to find the right one! RECOMENDED LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!

Im afraid I felt compelled to post a review here. I spent a lot of money on a short course of 3 treatments (as i was told i should have a minimum of 3 to see results) at this place.I asked to be treated by the owner as I thought she would be the most experienced. By my 3rd visit I realised I had made a mistake. she was very rude when I said I didnt see any results and made me feel very unwelcome and as if I was wasting her precious time. When she saw me talking to the other staff member after the 3rd treatment,she actually asked if I was `still there`.....plain rude!! I was only asking about the treatments and had already spent a lot of money. DONT GO THERE LADIES ITS A WASTE OF MONEY!

Not a bad word to say about the clinic! I was referred to the clinic by my surgeon who had previously told me that the laser done there is of a highly professional standard.I thought i'd check it out for myself and I couldn't have possibly been more impressed. I wasn't sure as of what to expect pain and price wise but, when I arrived everything was explained to me and it was better than I had originally expected. Laser is definitely worth it and I will always recommend this salon to others as it is the cleanest, most friendly and experienced salon I have been to in a long while.

After purchasing a groupon voucher, my sessions have sadly finished. I was not sure as to what I should expect however, when I arrived I had everything explained to me and felt very excited regarding my treatments. I would recommend the cavitation to all ladies out there if needed. It doesn't hurt, it's surprisingly comfortable and so relaxing. I have made appointments for the future to also do some laser hair removal for decent prices. Best service I have recieved in the borough and in a very long time! If I could go there all of the time I definately would!

I would definitely not recommend The Beauty Clinic to anynody. I bought a couple of groupon vouchers for a friend and myself, had called the clinic to discuss the treatment with a member of staff who sounded brilliant. So we arrived at the clinic with great expectations, only to be met by the miserable owner. We have never ever had such bad treatment. She was extremely rude said that there was no place at the clinic to wait until my friends treatment has finished and was asked to go to the cafe next door to wait. We were late and of course were penalised for the time the treatment was offered plus more. Never again!

Firstly I would like to apologise that you found your experience at The Beauty Clinic unsatisfactory. The clients in question had their treatments cut down as they were late on numerous occaisions. Unfortunately lateness is a common occurance with our groupon clients and due to a high demand of vouchers that have been sold we have to stick to strict lateness policies so our other clients are not inconvienced as a result. The clients were also asked to wait next door as they brought 3 young children who were creating a lot of noise and we had a massage client in one of the treament rooms upstairs. I would like to emphasize that all the staff here at The Beauty Clinic pride ourselves on customer service.

I am extrememly disapointed and sorry to hear that your visit to The Beauty Clinic was unsatisfactory. The treatments in question however were cut down due to the clients being over 15 minutes late, the groupon treatment itself only lasts 30 minutes and we dont rush or cut down any of our other clients treatments due to others latness. We also politely asked the friend who was waiting to wait next door as she brought her 3 young children with her, who were making lots of noise and disturbing a massage client we had upstairs. I would like to emphasize that all clients are treated well and we pride ourselves on our customer service.

I'VE LIVED IN THE AREA MANY YEARS AND IT HAS ONLY JUST COME TO MY ATTENTION THAT THE SALON IS THERE VIA SPEAKING TO FRIENDS. THE ONLY DOWNFALL IS THAT ITS BEEN HIDDEN UNDER SOME SCAFFHOLDING BUT NOW THAT ITS DOWN ITS NOTICABLE SO GET THERE IF I WERE YOU. A COSY AND MODERN PLACE WITH A FEW MEMBERS OF FRIENDLY STAFF AND DECENT PRICES I DIDNT THINK I WAS GOING TO BE THIS SATISFIED BUT I AM AND WOULD DEFIANTLY RECOMMEND. I WAS ALSO SHOCKED ABOUT THE VARIOUS TREATMENTS. I FEEL HIGHLY REFRESHED AND HOPE THAT YOU ALL RECIEVE THE COMPLIMENTARY SATISFACTION THAT I EXPERIENCED!! I WILL BE REVISITING!

I have been going to this salon for more than 6 years and have recommended many friends over this time. The salon is lovely and clean. The staff are friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. There is a wealth of treatments available, using all the latest equipment - I can't recommend it enough! Try it, you won't be disappointed!

I completely disagree with Smiley girl and the other groupon customers. I had recieved a kgb voucher a few months ago and have since purchased a groupon voucher. My experience was most delightful compared to places which have had the cheap deals on before. My treatments we're relaxing and satisfactory. The salon was clean and very modernised. The staff are friendly and very beautiful including the owner. I would certainly recommend it and will be returning most defiantly. It's also cheaper than other places in the borough.

I have to agree with smileygirl and Catdin1. I recently purchased a Groupon voucher for treatment at The Beauty Clinic. On my visit to the salon I was warmly greeted by one of the beauticians and found the other young beautician to be friendly too. I was very pleased with my treatment.
On my second visit, the owner was working that day. I found her to be officious and felt that any expression of friendliness was not genuine. I made a point of ensuring that my further treatments were not booked with the owner. I certainly did not feel comfortable and will not return after my treatments have finished.

Have to agree with smiley-girl , voucher bought as a gift, admittedly was 10 mins late my fault, but was greeted with "havnt got time 4 facial cream now as yr late! - was rushed in and rushed out within 15 mins ( facial peel completed!) I travelled a long way for that - found them to be quite rude & abrupt- not a fantastic place to warrant that attitude - could do with customer skills course and maybe the offer of a hot drink - all in all very small & basic, and would have done better at a college - sorry never again !

After a very bad experience with another local salon I was delighted to be recommended the Beauty Clinic by a friend. The salon is very friendly and professional, the treatment rooms are lovely, and the salon also offers the latest treatments at reasonable prices. I am a total convert! Wonderful!

I have been a client for a number of years and would definitely like to recommend the Beauty Clinic for its regular beauty treatments as well as the more specialised treatments. The salon is bright and airy and the staff are friendly but discreet. They will put you at ease and make you feel special.

I have followed the owner from her old work place because the standard of customer service is so high. The salon is convinient to get to & the staff are hard working & very friendly. I would defiantly recommend others to check it out for themselves because the clinic offers more advanced treatments than any other local salons & I will defiantly continue to go there. Worth every penny.

Not worth going AT ALL: Very rude, bad service, it is a tacky little place and the owner of the place was absolutely horrible. I would never go there and would never recommend it to anyone else.

I have just moved to the area and found the Beauty Clinic on my way home from work one evening, I popped in to inquire about certain products, I found the therapists and the owner very polite,helpful and professional, I ended up booking in for that weekend and I must say of all the places I have been to over the years it was a fantastic experience, they have so many different facials and body treatments to choose from. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ASAP.......
