Paid the £25 deposit at booking as stated, but when I arrived for my booking, I was told that the lady doing the lashes was running 30/45 min late and I would need to wait. The lady was taking just under an hour and a half to do the appointments as she was new. I told them I was not able to wait that long as I needed to collect my children from school and that I had booked an hour long appointment not an appointment that took that long. I needed my lashes doing on the day as I was leaving for holiday the next day. I asked to be refunded as I could not and did not want to reschedule. I asked for my deposit to be returned as this was no fault of my own but was refused saying that I could come back at 5pm to have them done (could not do that either due to childcare) or reschedule, which is of no interest to me as I needed them done prior to my holiday - the reason I was doing them.
The manager flatly refused to give my money back even though the fault was theirs.

HAIR EXTENSIONS
We do NOT use any glue or heat when applying hair extensions. Micro Rings and Nano rings are the least damaging hair extensions method available on the market. We use double drawn hair with all of our hair extensions, which means it is cuticle correct and the same thickness root to tip. Nano rings are the newest type of method for hair extensions, the rings are just 2mm!
