Went there for eyebrow and upper lip. Misba the lady doing my ever brows did a great job, she was gentle and didn't pull on skin, with sensitive skin I usually come out with red spots or rash, this time I didn't, and most importantly she cleaned my eyebrows properly, where as other places leave hair behind and don't do the cleaning properly. Booked her angina as I will be going back, and defo worth the journey then getting it done locally!

the receptionist that is working most Sundays is awful she does nothing but eat continuously at the desk, which I find really unprofessional. two occasions I wanted to find out more info in regards to laser treatment but I had no luck, as all she does is munch. she never has a smile on her face and looks very unhappy to be there. she is so unapproachable and find her rude. why does she have that facial expression non-stop??? its sooo off putting. please get rid of her... OR SEND HER TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING...

Getting my eyebrows threaded here is just about bearable. Unfortunately, this is the last place I'll come for a Hollywood wax at £35. The service is not worth even £25.

You're not taken into a proper room, just a room that's been divided by the main section. When asked to undress, I wasn't even given a towel to cover myself. The lady didn't even wear gloves but used paper strips to "touch" me. And to make matters worst, she didnt pull the skin tight enough and did not remove the wax strip properly. She didn't even wipe the main areas with lotion/after wax cream.
Never again!

I use Neelams for threading. I have now used them about 6 times and have been happy 3 out of 6 times. All the women thread differently and on the last occasion, one eyebrow was shorter than the other. I try to use the same female every time I go there as one also left scratches on one occasion.

I had worst experience twice at neelam, once for hair cut and other for face wax on 10-11-11.. The hair cut inspite of saying repeatedly not cut my hair short the lady did soo and charfe extra 2 pounds as it was hectic for her i dont mind paying but she cut all my lenght abd other girl was waxing ma face and threading so fast and hard that i got all scratches on ma face near upper head and cheeks the stafff just good for chit chatting they are worst never go there..

Love this place! Owner is friendly and the staff really know what they are doing, for once! I've had waxing, threading and hair done from here and each time had great results. Being a person who is VERY particular about everything i'd like to say that they are THE best salon on the high street. Their bikini wax may not be the cheapest but worth every penny. Ive been to a fair share of salons from cheap to expensive and they are all rubbish compared to Neelams purely because the staff have been trained well. For more then just satisfactory results i recommend this to all the ladies. Best place in London, just wished they had more branches i.e. South West London
